We’re moving away from point systems and bringing in direct cash rewards. If you go the extra mile, we’ll recognize it with cash bonuses—no waiting, no 'Snaps' to redeem. You’ll be eligible for bonuses when you:

We’re also rolling out a new way to spotlight and celebrate clinicians across our community. 

Each month, we’ll feature select SnapCare clinicians in our SnapCare Spotlight—a recognition series that highlights professionals going the extra mile in the field. If selected, you’ll receive:

• A feature in our clinician newsletter 

• A social media shoutout across SnapCare platforms 

Selections are based on referrals from clients, peers, and internal SnapCare teams.
